1. Send Us Your Draft Itinerary Start by sharing the places you’d love to explore—whether it’s the Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Beara, West Cork, or a mix of everything. You don’t need a perfect plan. A simple list of locations, interests, or must‑see spots is enough.

2. We Build Your Final Itinerary & Quotation Once we receive your draft, we’ll design a polished, realistic, and beautifully paced itinerary tailored to your travel style. You’ll receive: A proposed final itinerary The full quotation for your multiday trip Any optional add‑ons or suggestions to enhance your experience

3. Secure Your Booking When you’re happy with the plan, we’ll send you a secure online payment link. To confirm your booking, payment must be completed no later than one week before the first tour day. 4. Cancellation Policy for Multiday & Custom Itineraries Because these trips require advance planning and reserved dates, the standard 24‑hour cancellation policy does not apply. For multiday and custom itinerary bookings: Full refund if the entire booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the first tour day. No refund if cancelled within 3 days of the tour start date. This ensures your dates are fully protected and your itinerary is prepared to the highest standard.
